Ring and Full-Face Flange Gaskets

There are two types of gaskets for sealing flanges: ring and full-face. Our Flange Gaskets can be fabricated out of virtually any material that we stock including non-asbestos, red sheet, neoprene, nitrile (Buna-n), EPDM, etc. When ordering, it is important to know the measurements and applications of use for your gasket.


Custom Made Flange Gaskets, Ring & Full Face

Ring Gaskets

Placed between the pipe bore and the flange bolts; does not require full disassembly to install.

Please specify the following:

  • Internal Diameter (pipe bore diameter)
  • Outer Diameter (OD of the raised face)
  • Gasket thickness
  • What substances will be coming into contact with the gasket?
  • What temperatures or conditions will the gasket be exposed to?




Custom Made Flange Gaskets, Ring & Full Face

Full-Face Gaskets

Has holes for the flange bolts to pass through; has the same OD as the flange; requires full disassembly to install.

Please specify the following:

  • Internal Diameter (pipe bore diameter)
  • Outer Diameter (flange OD)
  • Bolt Circle Diameter
  • Number of Bolt Holes
  • Gasket thickness
  • What substances will be coming into contact with the gasket?
  • What temperature or conditions will the gasket be exposed to?
